In 2016, Vince Morales founded Validus Coaching & Consulting, formerly Zoe Transformation. The former Forbes coach is a Master Certified Professional Coach (MCPC), certified DISC Behavioral Personality facilitator, and certified Maxwell Team Coach, Trainer, and speaker. He specializes in mindset & and self-image mastery and career coaching. In his role as a leadership consultant, he offers masterminds, seminars, and workshops. Vince helps his
clients understand their mindsets, limiting beliefs, perceptions, self-image, mental models, and how to break habits that prevent success, transformation, and leadership development. With a master's degree in Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University, Vince is completing his second master's degree in Executive Coaching and Consulting at Concordia University-Irvine.
He and his beautiful wife, Michelle, have been married 35 years and are the proud parents of four adult children and a baby, Radiant Destiny, who passed in 1989.
