CBT is merely a tool we use through MINDSET COACHING to empower you for a breakthrough of every mental model, self-sabotaging belief, limiting beliefs, mind viruses, a "monkey mind", mental glass-ceilings, and every other mindset wall that is erected in your thinking.

complex and amazing machines on the planet, they’ve inherited faulty programming. But, it’s

not your fault—you were never taught how your mind works or how much power you have to create the life you want.

You were probably never taught that you have the ability to change ANYTHING about yourself—including your intelligence, talent, abilities, self-image, and personality.   

You were probably never taught that you have the ability to control your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.   

You may have been told you could be or do anything you wanted when you grew up, but you never believed it. Now you’ve grown up and you’ve realized that life is supposed to be more than what you’ve allowed for yourself. You still have a million thoughts that run through your mind that make you doubt yourself and believe your dreams aren’t possible.   

As your life coach, I will help you by empowering you to tame your monkey mind—the one that’s always negative and distracting them from creating the life they want. CBT coaching will empower you so you can stay focused and empowered as you move toward your goals.   


CBT coaching leverages tools and techniques that empower you with information and tools like a human mind owner’s manual you never knew existed.   


CBT teaches us that our thoughts create our emotions and influence our behavior. We can learn how to have greater control over our thoughts, and therefore, we can have greater control over our emotions and our behaviors.   


Through CBT techniques, we learn to reprogram/renew (not brainwashing) our mind. Through CBT coaching:

Life coaches are not licensed health care providers or therapists and must not provide medical advice, engage in patient diagnosis, or practice therapy. They do not treat or otherwise counsel those with mental illness. Life coaches are obligated to refer clients in need of mental or physical health therapy to an appropriate licensed professional. 

While counselors or therapists often deal with a patient’s mental/emotional conditions and/or processing trauma, a life coach never addresses such issues. The role of a life coach, in its most simple form, is to encourage, coach, and/or act as a facilitator of a client’s self-reflection, decision making, planning for the future, and creating life changes. While clear boundaries exist between coaching and therapy, due to the legal obligations and requirements for practicing therapy, there are many similarities. Both therapists and coaches work one-on-one with clients in an ongoing relationship. Certain psychological principles and theoretical frameworks are used in both therapy and coaching in order to facilitate positive life change.
