Coach Vince Selected as IAOTP 2024 Top Coach and Consultant of the Year

"Vince Morales, mindset, self-image, and resilience coach, was recently selected as Top Consultant and Coach of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for his outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to the industry.
Inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself; only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations, and contributions to their communities. All Honorees are invited to attend the IAOTP annual award gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.
With over three decades of experience, Mr. Morales is the Founder of Validus Coaching & Consulting, where he specializes in mindset, self-image, and resilience coaching. More mastered disciplines include leadership consultation and development. Vinces’ powerful story has been featured in online articles and online news outlets all over the U.S. From April 2016 to June 2017, Vince was a homeless veteran in San Diego, CA. During this time he made a powerful decision to change his thinking and mindset launching into life coaching. He developed a niche for resilience and mindset coaching. The growth of his business ultimately led to the end of his homelessness. He is a certified John Maxwell Team Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, as well as a motivational speaker. In addition, Mr. Morales serves as the Lead Employment Navigator for transitioning military service members and he serves as the Regional
Administrative Supervisor at Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC). His journey is a fusion of diverse expertise, and he is here to ignite the potential of individuals and professionals.
Before his career, Mr. Morales studied Criminal Justice at Group Harbor College from 1996-1998. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management/Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2014. Mr. Morales then furthered his skills and found his niche in coaching. He earned a Master Certified Coach in 2017 from Transformation Academy and became a Certified Professional Coach/Life Coaching from the Certified Life Coach Institute. In 2018, Vince became a Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker and certified in Maxwell DISC Method Behavioral Analysis from Maxwell Leadership. He became an Integrative NLP Practitioner from the Empowerment Partnership in 2017. To continue his quest for knowledge, Vince earned his Master’s degree from Penn State University, studying Psychology of Leadership, and then earned a second Master’s degree in Executive Coaching and Consulting from Concordia University-Irvine in 2024.
Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Morales has received many awards and accolades and has been recognized worldwide for his accomplishments. He was honored by Success Magazine as a 'Success 125' Honoree, a testament to his impact as a coach, thought leader, and influencer in the United States. He was a Forbes coach in 2019 and 2020. Brainz Magazine also celebrated Mr. Morales as a 2021 Brainz 500 Global honoree. This year, he will be considered for a feature in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine. He will be honored at IAOTP's annual awards gala at Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville this December for his selection as Top Coach and Consultant of the Year.

Looking back, Mr. Morales attributes his success to his perseverance, work ethic, and the mentors he had along the way. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family. In the future, he hopes to inspire and influence those getting into the field.
